Однако, для названия верхнего покрытия, обычно жесткого, для таких предметов, как лимон, апельсин, ананас, сыр, окорок существует другое существительное rind: the rind of the cheese корка сыра; the rind of a lemon (orange, pine-apple) кожа/шкурка лимона (апельсина, ананаса).
